1. Q. How do I place an order?

1. First please go through our site and select the product(s) you would like to purchase.

2. Select your size from the drop down menu.

3. Click the "Buy" button to the right of the product.

4. You will be shown the contents of your shopping cart, click the "Checkout" button.

5. Enter your billing & shipping information - We can only ship to billing addresses, so please do not enter a separate shipping address, your order will only be shipped to your billing address. After you have entered your information, click the "Checkout" button.

6. You will be shown your shopping cart contents once more and you will see your total, click the "Checkout" button.

7. Click the "Continue" button. You will receive an message in regards to order being approved or declined.

2. Q. How much is shipping?

A. International shipping is 6.98

3. Q. How long do the products take to arrive?

A. Products take approximately 5 days.

4. Q. Do your shoes run true the size?

A. Yes, all merchandise run true the size (meaning if you reguarly wear size 9 order a size 9), and a size chart is below if needed.

5. Q. Do you have any additional sizes?

A. We only have sizes which are listed on site. For size 14 and 15 please be sure to visit our Size 14 & 15 category under Air Jordans.

6. Q. Do you have any additional products?

A. We update at least once a week, if you see any products which we do not have on similar websites, we can most likely get those for you. Simply contact us with pictures/site name.

7. Q. What about wholesale?
