Air Jordan VIII 8 was released to coincide with the 1992-1993 NBA season, the Air Jordan VIII 8 was noticeably heavier than its predecessors, its base was clearly close to that of the Air Jordan VII 7 model, but Air Jordan VIII 8 had a lot more details, including two crossover straps on each shoe and a furry Jumpman logo.
